Michelle Armstrong : Just wanted to thank you for the service we received with our recent booking; particularly on the return journey when the Driver in question (sorry I forgot to take his name!) went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were ok. Our daughter left her cuddly toy on the plane and my husband had to go back in to the airport to retrieve it. The Driver in question stayed with the rest of us, until my husband returned, to make sure we were ok. Now that’s what I call service!!! Please thank the Driver on my behalf and let him know what a great Ambassador he is for your company! We will definitely use this service again and will be recommending it to all our friends!!

Barclay Family : What a fantastic service,We had the holiday from hell in mexico but it did get off to a great start with Elite Valet Parking! We called from the premier inn where we were staying and by the time we got to the terminal the really friendly driver was waiting for us, We were then delayed for more than 7 hours coming back but we were not charged any additional costs and we will definatly use this service again.We also used the valet service and were impressed at the level of work done,,,absolutely brilliant and highly recommended !!!
